Facilitating

In 2021, I trained to become a Coach with Relational Dynamics 1st through a pilot programme of training with Coaching for Creatives. It was extremely rewarding to learn from the team and the course has led me to learn more about coaching and Facilitating.

Since training as a Coach, I’ve furthered my training, and I am now qualified to become an Action Learning Facilitator and to deliver Listening Circles.

It has been really exciting to deliver one to one coaching to creatives across the UK and to watch the coachees that I’ve had the privilege of working with flourish and achieve their goals.

I have also worked with groups in Dumfries & Galloway and also nationally to deliver Action Learning sessions and I am really passionate about the impact that creating spaces for groups to work and learn together can have on the development of our future sustainability.

In 2025, I trained with the International Futures Forum and Future Stewards to become a Three Horizons Practitioner and I am currently engaged with the team at the International Futures Forum and Future Stewards alongside a cohort of Futures Practitioners in creating a Community of Practice for the Three Horizons Model.
